The company possesses comprehensive in-house test facilities, including a thermodynamic wind tunnel, thermal-shock and shake and pressure cycling equipment. We make use of a range of rapid prototyping techniques.
We use Nocolok and vacuum brazing for aluminium and stainless steel brazing but also retain traditional copper-brass soldering facilities. Every year, we produce over 150,000 coolers in a wide range of sizes. We make extensive use of 3D CAD, our standard platforms being Catia and Pro-Engineer.
We currently possess Tier One approval for a number of major UK automotive manufacturers including Ford PAG and BMW. Our quality standards have been accredited to ISO9000 and TS16949.
