The majority of our engine cooling equipment products consist of :

  • Radiators (in aluminium or copper/brass – working pressures of up to 100PSI )
  • Intercoolers and charge air coolers (in aluminium – working pressures of up to 200 PSI, and temperatures of 280C)
  • Transmission oil coolers, hydraulic oil coolers, engine oil coolers and lube oil coolers (in aluminium, steel and brass – working pressures of up to 500 PSI)
  • Combi-coolers that is, combinations of the above
  • Exhaust Gas Coolers i.e. EGRs (in stainless steel) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valves
  • Condensers
SHT manufacture annual volumes of 2000-15000 identical units.
 
For larger, more specialised items such as combined radiator, intercooler and fuel cooler packages for 100 tonne plus deep-mining dumper truck cooling, we may do batches as small as only one item!
 
If the need is for individual transmission oil coolers, combi-coolers or complete cooling packs, we can design exactly what our customers require.
 
Alternatively, we can fabricate to existing drawings, providing a more cost-beneficial alternative solution.

We offer both traditional shell & tube products and vacuum brazed stainless steel exhaust gas recirculation units (EGR coolers). These are provided with or without control valves and ancillary components.
