TTS training systems evolved during Mr. Mesa’s 3 year “tour of duty” as a Ford service and training engineer early in his automotive career, training field service engineers, military and commercial fleet personnel and dealer techs for the Ford South American district, the Caribbean, plus assorted European assignments.
This process proved successful for the training of Ford technicians and entry level test and development engineers for his vehicle development group. Its basic approach is to discuss the vehicle systems, their interactions and basic operation of the affected components.
The training systems and materials are licensed, fully developed turn-key systems intended for self-administered organizational use. TTS training systems are updated to reflect technology changes.

The presentation of the training course materials is predominantly visual, to suit the primary cognitive mechanism of the technically oriented. The instructor’s manual and guides are provided as part of the system. Training of the instructor is available from TTS if required.
TTS publications, training modules and additional hand-outs are used as participant hand out course materials.
