NOTE: Mr. Mesa was recently broadsided squarely by a distracted driver (texting), and still has asymmetric hearing issues. He is therefore not offering services that require deposition work until a solution to improve the condition is found. TTS normally offers expert and consulting services provided by Mr. Clement Mesa, with 30+ years of international and domestic OEM vehicle engineering experience at Ford, AMC, Jeep, Renault, Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler; 20 with functional responsibility for vehicle synthesis, test and development programs, and 12 of these focused on the aerothermal considerations of vehicles. Mr. Mesa’s analyses benefit from a multilevel automotive perspective resulting from engineering plus management experience, which includes the planning and management of many vehicle development programs.
Mr. Mesa’s primary field is vehicle synthesis, test and development, which requires comprehensive, fundamental understanding and familiarity with essentially all functional aspects of vehicle engineering for all operating and environmental conditions.
TTS can develop effective exhibits by virtue of our publishing infrastructure and extensive library of automotive references and images, and the tools and expertise associated with book and seminar development and presentation
If vehicle testing is required, we have built, updated, reconfigured, checked-out, instrumented, de-bugged, signed-off, broken-in, shipped and tested hundreds of vehicles for durability, powertrain, environmental, coast-down, hot and cold weather, altitude, road, PG, lab and wind tunnel testing for the OEM for over 30 years. We have access to the engineering and services infrastructure for prototyping and instrumenting vehicles that leverage the automotive industry in the Southeastern Motown Michigan area. As these resources have been reduced due to the economic contraction, advanced planning is necessary.
Mr. Mesa’s expert witness services have focused primarily on high profile cases relating to engine cooling systems and engine coolants, but are not limited to these.
